HTS is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team at a highly rated continuing care retirement community in Walnut Creek, Ohio. This part-time or consistent PRN role offers the opportunity to oversee the community’s complete speech therapy caseload while enjoying a flexible schedule of fewer than 8 hours per week. With strong potential for caseload growth, this position is an excellent fit for a motivated therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

· Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents in a supportive environment.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

· Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.  


Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
