Talent Planning & Strategy
- Conduct regular needs assessments aligned with growth projections and turnover trends.
- Use talent data and calibration insights to identify readiness gaps and prioritize development focus areas.
- Define measurable pipeline goals and track progress.
Program Development & Delivery
- Design scalable, modular development programs using self-paced learning, virtual sessions, applied projects, and assessments.
- Incorporate case studies and simulations to drive real-world application.
- Align all content with mission, values, and organizational frameworks.
- Manage program cadence, participant experience, and key delivery milestones.
High-Potential Talent Development
- Define criteria for high-potential identification based on performance, learning agility, and values alignment.
- Develop annual cohort programs that include development plans, strategic projects, and leadership exposure opportunities.
- Deliver advanced leadership content focused on strategic thinking, change leadership, and business acumen
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to align efforts and ensure implementation consistency.
- Coordinate talent development activities with succession planning and workforce needs.
- Maintain strong communication and feedback loops with internal stakeholders.
Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Track success metrics such as promotion rates, retention, program satisfaction, and post-program performance.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine and evolve programs over time.
Administration & Content Management
- Maintain a content library and centralized participant tracking system.
- Oversee scheduling, communications, and materials management for all cohorts.
- Ensure all programs reflect the organization’s mission and cultural values.

- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, education, or related field
- 3+ years in talent development, leadership development, or organizational effectiveness.
- Experience designing and executing scalable development programs.

- Data-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for developing others.
