Warehouse Team Leader

Your Impact

We’re looking for a reliable and people-focused Warehouse Team Leader to support our warehouse operations at Prospect. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a team of voice pickers and forklift drivers, helping coordinate daily tasks and keeping operations running safely and smoothly.

You’ll be a key support on the floor—motivating your team, managing basic workflow, and promoting a strong safety culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience leading a team, who’s ready to take the next step in their development within a supportive team environment.

Please note: This role is on a 24/5 roster on Afternoon shift (2pm – 10pm).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of operators to complete daily warehouse tasks efficiently and safely
• Coordinate shift priorities and adjust to workflow changes as needed
• Provide guidance to new or casual team members, including basic training
• Monitor team performance and support a positive, productive team culture
• Encourage safe work practices and ensure hazards are reported and addressed
• Support basic system updates in SAP and Excel (training provided)

About You

You’re a hands-on leader who understands how to get the best from your team through consistency and support.

• Previous experience in people leadership or supervisory role, ideally within warehousing or logistics
• A team-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Confidence in managing performance and supporting your team day-to-day
• A safety-first mindset and willingness to lead by example
• Forklift licence is a bonus (or willingness to obtain)
• Exposure to SAP or Excel is helpful, but not essential
