Senior Executive – Learning & Development

The Job:

The person will be responsible to provide the desired operational support to the Learning Academy to run smoothly.

 

Principal Accountability:

• Update the annual training calendar and make provisions to receive training requests effectively
• Make arrangements for location, logistics and other arrangements required to run the trainings effectively 
• Update records of the training effort to the individual/division for administrative purposes
• Track and prepare a report on training effectiveness matrix which will enable senior management to calculate ROI for the program which was conducted
• Organize and facilitate orders supplies for employee development and training events
• Manage all the organizational communications under the supervision of senior management such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
• Collaborate effectively with other management personnel, office staff and HR team members to ensure smooth execution of training
• Contribute to and drive continuous process improvement

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bahchelor's degree from a recognized University in any discipline.
• Full/ Part qualification in recognized professional institute will be an added advantage
• Minimum 03 years of experience in training coordination.
• Sound knowledge on Microsoft office packages
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking skills.
• Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
