• Position: Commercial Building Manager
• Location: U Square @ the Loop – Cincinnati, Ohio
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with limited evening or weekend availability during UC move-in/move-out.
• Community Size: 161 apartments plus commercial and office spaces
• Salary: $90K–$120K, based on experience and qualifications

What You'Ll Do:

In this role, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to: 

• Manage daily operations of vibrant, student-focused, mixed-use properties near UC, including apartments, commercial, and office spaces.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, capital projects, and vendor partnerships.
• Hire, train, and guide office and maintenance staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure apartments are market-ready, safe, and well-maintained while fostering a positive resident experience.
• Build strong relationships with UC, tenants, and local partners.
• Handle rent collection, compliance, and resolve issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly. 

What We'Re Looking For:

 The ideal candidate will bring some or all of the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Property Management strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial/office property management with supervisory experience; student housing or mixed-use a plus.
• Skills in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and vendor management.
• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, tenants, and staff.
• Real Estate License, CPM, or similar designation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
