What we do?

Aion Bank is a fully regulated European bank and credit institution, combining Vodeno’s cutting-edge, private blockchain-based platform with its ECB banking license, strong balance sheet, and deep regulatory expertise. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive suite of embedded banking solutions, enabling businesses to seamlessly integrate financial services into their offerings.

As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

At Aion Bank, our biggest strength is our people—a team of highly intelligent, creative, and ambitious professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. We believe in delivering results while fostering a culture of passion and collaboration.

We are currently looking for a Workplace Support Manager ready to join our adventure and take ownership of our end-user environment.

You will manage a team of specialists, oversee daily operations, and ensure that employees across the bank – including those in newly opened branches and in multiple European countries – receive seamless, secure, and reliable workplace services.

This is not only a support role — you will also help drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that support our innovative banking model and ensure our employees can work efficiently with the latest tools.

  • Direct deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Apple devices (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads)

  • Define and enforce workplace security policies, including device encryption, app management, and compliance monitoring

  • Ensure smooth integration of Apple devices into corporate services and reporting systems

  • Oversee inventory management of workplace devices, software, and licences

  • Manage documentation, playbooks, and guidelines for Apple device processes, setup, and troubleshooting

Cutting-Edge Technology & Innovation

  • Support employees working in innovative areas of banking where cutting-edge technology is essential

  • Ensure the workplace environment enables collaboration with modern tools, AI-driven solutions, and new digital platforms

  • Evaluate and recommend new workplace technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs and security standards

  • Lead workplace-related projects, upgrades, and audits that introduce new technologies to the bank

  • Ensure remote workplace support for employees in newly opened branches and across European countries

Skills you should have
