A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Service Support Tech at Ophir Japan, you will partner with Service to support repair. In this role, you will report to the Sr Tech Service Engineer.
You Will Make an Impact By: (Responsibilities):
Understands procedures and manuals in Japanese and English and performs calibration and repair following the outlined steps.
Understands safety regulations and can use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately.
Reports the appropriate use of spare parts and maintains accuracy in inventory management.
Skills You Bring: (Required Skills):

Native Japanese level required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and IT tools.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Physical Demand 1: Can handle boxes of RMAs within 10kg and handle sensors and handy displays with care.
Physical Demand 2: Can reach items on 160cm high shelf.
