Patient Services Representative - Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday - 6:45a-5:45p

Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave - Vancouver, WA 98664)

Compensation: hiring range is generally between $18.00-$20.55 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience

Differential Available: Saturday & Sunday ($2.56/hour)

Position Details:

• Welcome and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism

• Collect co-pay and verify insurance

• Deliver outstanding customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced front desk environment

Must have excellent attendance!  Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care. We require our employees to adhere to our attendance standards, as frequent deviations make it difficult to provide care for our patients and support our coworkers. 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.

• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.

• Experience with Epic preferred.

• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.

• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Pay Range:

$16.89 - $23.65

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked.  Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
