JOB OVERVIEW

The Workflow Engineer will support workflow innovation to ensure our clients’ needs are met. They will become an expert at building and developing key components of our workflow engine. This is a skilled position that requires strong problem-solving skills. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Transform paper forms into an electronic experience.
  • Leverage the power of our workflow engine to take paper forms and maximize the digital experiences and processes for our customers.
  • Design and implement optimized workflows using workflow management tools (Formio)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate client needs.
  • Assist Client Success team to solution appropriate workflows to optimize our clients’ administrative workflows.
• Support Form backlogs.
  • Work closely with Client Success team to prioritize build configuration.
  • Document and keep track of all customer requests.
  • Document best practices for internal reference.
• Support other projects as assigned. This may include the following:
  • Perform QA testing as required in a rapid iteration environment.
  • Contribute to communication of system updates and feature releases with clients.
  • Assist in system build and maintenance.
  • Collaborate and innovate closely with the core team as both products and markets evolve and grow.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in workflow engineering, process automation, or business process management.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and platforms.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Self-sufficient and able to succeed when there is ambiguity.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Curiosity for learning and a personal drive for continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD
