Pay or shift range: $21.64 USD to $25.22 USD
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of loan servicing, including input and verification of new loans, maintenance of existing loans, external and internal customer service and working closely with commercial processing and loan imaging to maintain the integrity of customer information.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Enter new and renewal loans to Core, utilizing interface to loan processing software or manual input
- Verify loan input for accuracy
- Process paper and electronic transactional activity including payments, advances, incoming wires and payoffs
- Internal and external customer service as part of loan inquiry phone extension
- Perform and verify routine loan maintenance
- Prepare release of collateral documents on paid off loans
- Review system reports to identify exceptions and corrections
- Provide input into the development/revision of processes and procedures
- Offer special project assistance
Experience & Skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Attention to detail
- Relevant computer skills
- Previous loan servicing experience, preferred
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
