Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Health & Safety Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you’ll provide consulting and training services to a broad industrial and heavy commercial client base, helping organizations improve their health and safety programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to assess health and safety programs and training needs
• Perform a wide range of services, including:
  •  Facility and site surveys
  • Industrial hygiene investigations and air monitoring
• Develop and conduct training session
• Analyze results in relation to regulatory requirements
• Prepare written reports, technical documentation, and recommendations
• Review reports, schedules, and monitor project progress

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, or a closely related field
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Ability to travel to clients in southern New England approximately 90% of the work week
• Candidates holding an Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification may be given additional consideration
