We’re looking for a Leadership Development Partner to join Newsquest Media Group, working across our sales and editorial teams to inspire and empower leaders at every level.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

• Coach leaders to develop the human skills that drive collaboration, performance, and growth.
• Embed leadership best practices that strengthen both business results and people development.
• Use data-driven insights to drive sustainable change, measure impact and shape continuous improvement.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven experience in leadership development and coaching in fast-paced environments.
• A strong track record of influencing and embedding coaching cultures.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with a results-focused mindset
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to self-start.
• Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
