We’re looking for a Support Hero to join our growing team at Journi. In this role, you’ll focus on helping our Spanish-speaking or Polish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their experience with Journi is smooth and enjoyable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work full-time (38.5 hours/week) and learn from a passionate, motivated, and international team.
Be the first point of contact for our customers, primarily in Spanish or Polish.
Communicate with customers across various support channels, including Zendesk, live chat, review Platforms, and social media.
Create and improve support templates, filters, and shortcuts to enhance the customer experience.
Represent the voice of our customers by sharing feedback and pain points with the product team.
Support customer engagement initiatives such as acquisition campaigns, surveys, and beta testing.
Contribute to reporting; analyze and present data and results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and marketing.
Work toward monthly goals that support both your personal growth and company success.
Give and receive constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Help document workflows and processes to support team knowledge sharing.
Bring creativity to your work and always look for new ways to support and delight our users.
YOUR BAG OF TRICKS
- You speak English (C1 level) and Spanish or Polish on a native level.
- You have a playful and empathetic writing style.
- You place a strong emphasis on correct grammar and spelling.
- You are patient, service-oriented, and genuinely enjoy solving problems.
- You're a strong communicator, comfortable presenting or speaking in front of groups.
- You're known for your creativity and unconventional approach to problem-solving.
- You’re curious about the “why” behind customer behavior.
- You work efficiently, know how to prioritize tasks, and consistently meet critical deadlines.
- You are always learning, open to feedback, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- You are eligible to work in the EU/Austria.
- You are able to relocate to / based in Vienna - the world’s most liveable city!

- A fair annual gross salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement, starting at EUR 36,000. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications amongst other factors.
