Job Description

Visual Merchandising 

  • Ensure that the visual merchandising guidelines are consistent with brand’s aesthetics  

  • Axis guidelines and the merchandising strategy is upheld in all stores, including partnering with Retail teams to identify any visual merchandising collateral need 

  • Manage and liaise with external vendors on POSM regional production  

  • Support markets in Visual Merchandising documentation request  

  • Ability to resolve store-specific merchandising needs that requires adaptations based on region, market, store design, inventory levels and business trends 

  • Reports to and work closely with the Regional Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager 

  • Demonstrate a strong working relationship with internal global and local market team 

  • Collaborate with other regional stakeholders like Marketing team to deliver guidelines and follow up with market’s needs  

Competitor & Consumer Analysis 

  • Strong commercial marketing sense and be insightful on consumer understanding 

  • Monitoring of competition to form insights and feedback to HQ for competitive innovation development. 

  • Data analysis via Beauty Research and internal database 

New Store Openings and Renovations 

  • Provide feedback on New Opening Reports – Visual Merchandising Planograms & Visual Plans for new openings 

  • Responsible for working with Store Design Team for new counter openings, renovation and retrofit with Visual Merchandising tools required 

  • Work closely with merchandising team to raise any inconsistency on design and operation matters 

  • Work with various stakeholders on VM-related small works projects 

Admin & Operations 

  • Oversee vendors including sourcing, onboarding, procurement process and invoice management 

  • Manage various market logistics for VM-related collateral/prints  

  • Ensure strong partnership with the logistics team to have all creative shipments tracked and cleared into each market 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing management will be an advantage. 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the Beauty industry/ luxury industry will be an advantage. 

  • Excellent Microsoft Windows skills (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint). 

  • Design software skills require (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and SketchUp) 

  • Independent, strong ability to drive projects & multi-tasking.  

  • Good communication skills
