Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead focused on building cloud and SaaS integrations for the Oasis platform.
The role involves leading a robust infrastructure for handling integrations data, development of core integrations and conducting research into customer use cases and data to uncover security value and insights.

What You'll Do

Lead a team of engineers responsible for in depth cloud and SaaS integrations
Lead research of customer environments for potential security value including vulnerabilities and misconfigurations
Own delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation, automated testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring.‍
Drive a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor engineers to ensure on-time quality delivery by conducting and lead design reviews & code reviews.
Work together with product managers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

2+ years experience as an engineering team lead in cybersecurity companies
6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on scalable architecture and system design.
Strong understanding of security principles, particularly in modern Cloud and SaaS products.
Proficiency in modern system architecture with large-scale and high performance.

Bonus Points

Experience with modern cloud environments, K8s, docker, relational and NoSQL databases, message brokers and high-end frameworks.
Experience in the identity and access security space.
