We are seeking a driven and resourceful Leadership Development Associate to support the design and execution of internal and client-facing leadership programs. This role involves collaborating with team leaders to assess development needs, coordinate training sessions, and measure outcomes to improve performance and growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about leadership, talent development, and creating high-impact learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify leadership gaps and training needs

  • Support facilitators in delivering workshops and training sessions

  • Track progress and measure the impact of development initiatives

  • Provide administrative support for leadership and coaching sessions

  • Research trends and best practices in leadership development and integrate them into program design

  • Collaborate across departments to align leadership programs with organizational goals

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, HR, learning and development, or related roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Familiarity with learning platforms, leadership frameworks, and assessment tools is a plus
