We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support and execute initiatives that identify, train, and elevate emerging leaders within our client organizations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing performance, building leadership pipelines, and implementing strategic development programs.
This is a full-time, dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for leadership, coaching, and professional growth strategies.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs and workshops
Conduct assessments to identify leadership potential and development needs
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals
Support senior consultants in evaluating program effectiveness and making data-driven improvements
Deliver presentations and lead group sessions when required
Stay informed on trends and research in leadership, coaching, and talent development
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, HR, or consulting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience with leadership assessment tools is a plus
