We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support and execute initiatives that identify, train, and elevate emerging leaders within our client organizations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing performance, building leadership pipelines, and implementing strategic development programs.

This is a full-time, dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for leadership, coaching, and professional growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs and workshops

  • Conduct assessments to identify leadership potential and development needs

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals

  • Support senior consultants in evaluating program effectiveness and making data-driven improvements

  • Deliver presentations and lead group sessions when required

  • Stay informed on trends and research in leadership, coaching, and talent development

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, HR, or consulting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Experience with leadership assessment tools is a plus
