The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers via email, phone, and live chat. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions

• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

• Collaborate with internal departments to find resolutions for customer concerns

• Assist in developing customer service protocols and improving processes
