We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our growing team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing internal and external communication strategies. You will play a vital role in strengthening our brand voice, maintaining positive public perception, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans aligned with company goals

• Write, edit, and distribute content including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and reports

• Coordinate media relations efforts and serve as a spokesperson when needed

• Monitor public and media sentiment, preparing responses as appropriate

• Collaborate with internal departments to align messaging strategies

• Manage and update website content and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels

• Support event planning and promotion with compelling communications

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in corporate or agency communications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Experience with media relations and digital communications tools is a plus
