The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them achieve their business goals through our services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments

• Understand client objectives and coordinate project execution accordingly

• Manage account activities including meetings, reporting, and communications

• Identify new opportunities for growth within existing accounts

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare client reports

• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and services

• Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
