We are seeking a motivated and strategic Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team. This role will focus on supporting and executing programs that identify high-potential individuals and help them transition into leadership roles within organizations. The ideal candidate is passionate about personal growth, coaching, and developing talent, and will contribute to building the next generation of leaders.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs and initiatives
Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and training events
Conduct assessments to identify leadership potential and performance gaps
Support senior consultants with research, data analysis, and presentation materials
Track and report program progress and success metrics
Foster a learning environment that supports development and performance improvement
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
1–2 years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or training preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Interest in career coaching, leadership models, and continuous learning
