The Opportunity

Responsible for assembling electronic components and wire harnesses. Requires proficiency with Hands-on Class 2 micro-electronics soldering. Responsible for accurate adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Understands Good Manufacturing Practices and works to meet quality standards and requirements.
Reads work orders (or receive oral instructions) to determine work assignments and materials needed.
Follows SOPs (work instructions) to assemble products for Hazard and Grain Bin Monitoring systems.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment in line with company safety standards and 5S principles.
Solders components for electronic assembly.
Meets productivity and utilization requirements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Technology designation/certification, preferred.
Up to 2 years' experience preferred in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on Class 2 micro-electronics soldering experience and proficiency preferred.
IPC 10/IPC J-STD soldering training / certification preferred.
