• Location: Bangalore, India
• Department: Sales / Ecommerce & Digital Platforms
• Experience: 13+ years in QA/UAT with 2+ years leading small to mid-sized teams in Sales and Ecommerce platform testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining UAT strategy and contribute to test planning across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Ecommerce platforms
• Lead a team of testers in executing UAT cycles, ensuring coverage across integrated digital platforms
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to convert business requirements into executable test scenarios
• Coordinate with platform owners (Ecommerce, Supply Chain, CRM) to validate end-to-end business flows
• Manage test data setup, environment readiness, and user access for UAT cycles
• Monitor defect lifecycle, assign priorities, and ensure timely resolution
• Support UAT sign-off by validating acceptance criteria and documenting results
• Provide test execution metrics and risk assessments to QA Manager and stakeholders
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to process improvement initiatives
