Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits.

More than half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future. Too often, it’s because they are employed by a company that doesn’t offer a retirement plan. Human Interest is changing that by making it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.

We’re a high-growth fintech company changing the retirement industry. We are backed by a number of investors. This includes funding from Marshall Wace and Baillie Gifford, as well as top investors such as BlackRock, TPG (The Rise Fund), SoftBank, Glynn Capital, NewView Capital, USVP, Wing, Uncork, and more.

About the role

As Human Interest scales for its next phase of significant growth, we're looking for some operational support to help us achieve our business outcomes. The Revenue Operations Associate is responsible for executing various tasks on the Revenue Programs & Operations team. As we move 24,791 mph, you’ll need to be comfortable with rapid change, have a strong bias for action, and be obsessed with high-quality outcomes. This is a part-time role, 20 hours a week.

What you get to do every day

  • Proactively check in with recruiters and hiring managers to monitor the status of open roles and anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Provide regular progress reports on candidate pipelines, ensuring a clear view of how close you are to meeting upcoming cohort start dates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking sheets with new hire information, ensuring a smooth and organized onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with the HI Start program as needed, facilitating a seamless transition for new hires and aligning with their specific program requirements.
  • Email new hires to collect essential information and then add it to the revenue contact sheet.
  • Coordinate and deliver business cards and wearables for customer-facing teams
  • Ensure that the Revenue Calendar, Revenue Org Chart and Revenue Contact Sheet is accurate when employees are offboarded.
  • Update  Revenue Calendar, Revenue Org Chart and Revenue Contact Sheet  for internal team movements (e.g., CSO has frequent shifts in roles).
  • Ensure that quarterly awards are included in the all-hands deck.
  • Order revenue awards on a quarterly basis, plus other occasional awards (e.g., President’s Club).
  • Work with the marketing team on quarterly updates and documentation archiving.
  • Support the end-of-quarter compliance audit for all sales and partner-facing materials, ensuring all content and collateral are updated to meet the latest compliance standards.

What you bring to the role

  • 3+ years of relevant experience supporting sales, marketing, or operations in growing companies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills – you have the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse technical and non-technical team members
  • Proven ability to work effectively across marketing and sales organizations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth software company where change is a constant
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans
