Job Summary

We are looking for a Regional CRM Manager to lead our CRM efforts for the Norwegian market. You will be responsible for designing and executing customer lifecycle strategies to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. This role requires a deep understanding of Norwegian consumer behavior, ideally within the iGaming or digital entertainment space, as well as strong knowledge of CRM best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage localized CRM strategies tailored to the Norwegian market across Email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging, and more

  • Own the customer journey and optimize communications across all lifecycle stages: onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation

  • Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and measurable ROI

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, content, design, data) to deliver relevant and engaging campaigns

  • Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, conversion, customer lifetime value (CLV), and churn — and proactively adjust based on insights

  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with Norwegian marketing regulations, GDPR, and responsible gaming guidelines

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all CRM-related initiatives in the Norway region

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably within iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian consumer behavior, digital culture, and communication preferences

  • Hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Data-driven approach with proven experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and agile environment
