Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT):

• Designing creative treatment plans that turn goals into milestones

• Guiding and mentoring Occupational Therapy Assistants

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to drive real patient outcomes

• Keeping documentation on point and productivity on track

• Most importantly: empowering older adults to regain independence and confidence

 

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active (or eligible) Ohio OT license

• Flexibility to cover varied hours, including weekends

• Prior experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is helpful — but not required
