Job Description
HR Administrative Support
- Maintain and update employee personnel files.
- Coordinate airport pass applications and renewals.
- Manage work pass applications and renewals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare HR-related letters, certifications, and documentation.
- Manage Purchase orders and invoicing process
- Support in compliance procedures i.e. GCP, KYC, vendor onboarding etc
Training Records Management
- Maintain accurate training records and databases.
- Track employee training attendance and certifications.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Organize and manage employee engagement activities such as birthday and work anniversary celebrations etc
- Administer employee welfare programs, including medical insurance enrollment and claims support.
- Support internal communication efforts related to HR initiatives and events.
General HR Support
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Any other ad-hoc or miscellaneous assignments
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources roles
- Knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory benefits
