Job Description

As an Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a role in driving the success of Wix and the growth of our people, partnering with leaders to foster an innovative, people-centric culture where both our employees and business can thrive. You'll be a strategic advisor, a coach, and a proactive partner in all aspects of HR.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Be a trusted advisor and proactive partner — understand our business, influence positive change to meet business objectives and participate in implementing managerial and people-related strategies
Coach and guide leaders on employee relations, recruitment, growth and development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HR
Identify people trends within the business and collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to design and implement people-focused strategies and solutions
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe
Participate in the final stages of the recruitment process while developing a strong partnership with hiring managers and candidate advocacy
Champion and embed the Wix culture and values throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to career development

Qualifications

6+ years of experience as an HR Partner in a dynamic, multicultural tech environment
Proven ability to build trust, influence senior leaders and their teams, and manage stakeholders effectively, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and confidence
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to support decision-making
Proactive, agile, and open-minded approach, with the ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a constantly evolving environment
Genuine passion for people and a drive to make a tangible positive impact on the business and the journey of our people
Ability to use AI to enhance and streamline daily HR work
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
