We're Hiring: Senior Brand Manager – Sri Lanka

Are you a dynamic, results-driven marketer ready to take full ownership of our iconic brands?

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to drive strategy, innovation, and growth across retail and food solutions in Sri Lanka. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing- South Asia and will be based in Colombo, Sri Lanka

What You’ll Do

Own the brand strategy for Astra and Flora, aligning with regional and global direction.
Develop consumer-first growth plans across the full marketing mix.
Lead activation and performance through robust A&P investment strategies and KPI tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
Manage external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and activations.

What Does It Take to Be Successful?

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing.
4–5 years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing (FMCG experience is a plus).
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for consumer-first marketing and commercial excellence.
