In this role, you'll:

 

• Join a small finance team within Transports Asset Management division working across interesting and diverse portfolios within Rail Assets

 

• Drive the development of pricing, investment, and revenue strategies that ensure long-term financial sustainability and safe, efficient asset performance.

 

• Analyse and forecast future revenue streams, identifying financial risks and developing mitigation strategies in a changing economic and regulatory environment.

 

• Generate financial reporting, transactions and support lifecycle costing, investment prioritisation, and asset value optimisation.

 

• Provide clear, data-driven advice and insights to influence stakeholder decision-making and align investment planning with strategic priorities.

 

• Prepare accurate financial inputs and reporting to support robust budgeting, Treasury submissions, and strategic decision-making.

About you

 

 

• You have expertise in finance minimum 5 years, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting, procurement, contract management, transactions, investment planning, and pricing strategy in asset-intensive industries.

 

• Ideally you have an exposure to large complex portfolio’s within infrastructure or government

 

• You bring a strong understanding of risk management, revenue forecasting, and regulatory frameworks.

 

• You are experienced in delivering shared services that drive efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement while engaging stakeholders effectively.

 

• You hold a tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or business. CPA or working towards preferred.

 

• Your experienced working with SAP and Power BI

 

• You are adaptable and resilient, able to manage shifting priorities while maintaining focus on long-term value and strategic outcomes.

 

• You enjoy working in a team environment, and are keen to learn and grow your skills
