Core Description

Enable acceptance/ commissioning/ fulfilment and preventative maintenance on Core and Access telecommunications technologies and manage all communication systems used by Openserve Pty Ltd. 

Job Responsibilities

Managed stores
Spares issues to be processed within 2 working days. (SOD immediately) 
According to DOP Store Work instructions.
All spares to be handed to the stores with the necessary fault docket within 24 hours.
Perform daily DOP audits as Ops manager request
DOP Tracking sheets to be updated daily
Spare panels process to be followed
Spares in TR status to be accepted into DOP within 2 days – Follow up with receiving DOP / Tech with Spare in hand
All spare modules in your possession are to be auditable (relevant stock systems) and to be returned to DOP within a week if not used
CNFO DOP store with assistance to CNS/CS BU as required

Verify and track completions in <10 days of Icres email, including diesel refuel
Prompt Operation Managers and Manager on ageing outstanding approvals
Attached photos and detailed description of SOW to be done
