About the role:
As Senior Manager, Sales Compensation you will provide direct support to the Revenue organization and lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of our global compensation programs. This role is responsible for ensuring our compensation philosophy aligns with our business strategy, attracts top talent, and drives performance across the organization.
You will be a key partner to senior leadership, finance, talent acquisition, and HRBPs, providing guidance and insights that shape equitable and competitive total rewards strategies across the company
Your contribution will be:
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the global compensation philosophy and framework aligned with company values and business goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to design scalable, market-competitive base, bonus, and equity compensation programs.
- Act as a thought leader and advisor on compensation matters, including pay transparency, internal equity, and compliance.
Program Design & Execution
- Lead the design and implementation of all compensation programs including base pay structures, short- and long-term incentives, and equity compensation.
- Own and manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions, equity refresh) across the company.
- Design and manage executive compensation programs in alignment with board/executive expectations.
Data, Analytics & Benchmarking
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses using tools such as Radford, Mercer, or Option Impact to ensure competitiveness.
- Maintain internal compensation architecture, job levels, and salary bands; ensure internal equity and transparency.
- Build and manage compensation dashboards, analytics, and reporting to inform business decisions.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure all compensation programs comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws, global compliance).
- Partner with Legal and Finance on compensation governance, budgeting, and reporting.
- Implement tools and systems to support compensation planning and execution
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver integrated compensation strategies.
- Support People Business Partners with compensation-related guidance and training.
- Provide strategic input on offer development, promotion planning, and retention initiatives.
To be successful, we think you need:
- 8+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing compensation strategy at a tech or SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and how compensation strategies support growth and scalability.
- Expertise in global compensation design (including equity programs) and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with compensation benchmarking surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Option Impact).
- Proven ability to manage complex compensation programs and influence executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; proficiency in Excel, data modeling, and compensation tools.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
- Experience scaling compensation programs in a pre-IPO or public company environment a plus.

Nintex is committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The annual on-target earning range for this Senior Manager, Sales Compensation position is [$160,000 - $200,000]. Pay within this range is determined by location, experience, skills, and qualifications. A portion of this salary range may be structured as variable compensation, with earnings based on factors such as individual performance, company performance, and achievement of specific metrics and objectives. Total compensation also includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid Global Gratitude & Recharge Days, paid volunteer time off, and more.
