About the Role:

 

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AI Developer to join a major international innovation and digitalization initiative led by a global organization dedicated to intellectual property and public service. The selected candidate you will drive the design and development of AI-enabled features across a portfolio of enterprise applications. You’ll act as both architect and technical lead, collaborating with business stakeholders and coordinating a small software team to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

 

You will join a collaborative team focused on enhancing global access to patent systems through cutting-edge digital tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Architecture & Development

 

·       Design and oversee the development of AI features for enterprise software systems.

·       Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements to translate into scalable solutions.

·       Lead development activities with an iterative/agile approach, ensuring regular feedback cycles.

 

Collaboration & Leadership

 

·       Coordinate a small development team when required.

·       Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure systems are robust, maintainable, and aligned with standards.

·       Support continuous improvement of development practices within the team.

 

Innovation & Standards

 

·       Stay up-to-date with emerging AI and big data technologies, providing recommendations on their adoption.

·       Ensure all work aligns with organizational standards, security, and CI/CD practices.

·       Deliver complete technical and user documentation.

 

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

·       10+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in AI and big data solution architecture.

·       Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering.

·       Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

·       Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

·       Practical experience with Agile methodologies.
 

Nice to Have:

 

·       DevSecOps / CI/CD practices.

·       MLOps.

·       Cloud (AWS preferred).

·       Data management expertise.

·       Proficiency with Java, Node.js, Python.
