Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations Tracking System Analyst

Key Role:
Advise and assist planners as the Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations Tracking System subject matter expert with incorporating operations and training into evacuation plans, exercises, and real-world evacuation operations. Coordinate with stakeholders on readiness in preparation for patrols and certification exercises, including official tasks to provide an Emergency Communications Center and to conduct Recovery and Evacuation Operations. Maintain data monitoring and management of account access as a Site Security Manager and manage user accounts, to include soliciting account requests, creating, deleting, verifying, and unlocking user accounts. Maintain readiness of equipment to include regular maintenance, responding to calls for assistance, troubleshooting, and coordinating for replacements. Receive periodic software updates by downloading images to Controlled Unclassified Information thumb drives and coordinating with users to re-image tablets, ensuring current software is installed. Coordinate with users to schedule and conduct 2-day training courses on a quarterly basis to maintain operator proficiency. Maintain quarterly inventories, fill shortages, facilitate the disposal of legacy systems, and coordinate for fielding of hardware upgrades.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in evacuation, humanitarian assistance or disaster relief, functional hazard assessment, or full deployment readiness planning, exercises, or operations in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations

  • 2+ years of experience in planning, preparation, and coordination with adjacent components and Higher Headquarters Commands

  • Experience in the maintenance and operations of computer systems hardware and software

  • Knowledge of military organization and culture of joint U.S. Forces in Okinawa, Japan

  • Knowledge of network data systems, including the establishment of local area networks, use of routers, scanners, Wi-Fi pucks, and commercial off the shelf equipment

  • Ability to apply information from the data center user manual and training materials and teach Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations Tracking System operations to users

  • Ability to advise leadership on the employment of Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations Tracking System systems in planning, exercises, and operations

  • Ability to work with leadership at all levels

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Data Systems Technician or Administrator

  • Experience as a Communications Officer

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
