Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute proactive business plan for Marine in your assigned regions/countries.
  • Increase market share and brand awareness.
  • Develop and train distributors in your assigned regions/countries.
  • Engage in market/application monitoring in your region to make sure the product portfolio is aligned with customers’ demands.
  • To assist in the production of professional product brochures, videos and/or other marketing tools.
  • Prepare/participate in annual pricing revision.
  • Timely collection of Account receivables.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly or periodic reports on sales in your assigned region, as required.
  • To perform any ad-hoc task assigned as per business requirements.

 

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

  • Net Sales in your region (Machine & Parts)
  • Accounts receivable collections
  • Accurate, quality and timely report (SFDC)

 

Job Requirement & Qualification: 

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in B2B sales in equipment, preferably exposed to various industries, e.g. Marine, Oil & Gas, Building & Construction, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Experience in international/regional sales, channel distribution, trade incoterms, project tendering may be advantageous.
  • Conversant in export trades, i.e. basic understanding of LC, Incoterms, contract reviewing, etc.
  • Achievement oriented, team player, attention to details.
  • Willing to travel extensively. 
  • Valid Class 3 driving license. 
  • MS office application and Sales System with good understanding.
