The Role of Talent Acquisition Manager:

Following an extensive renovation and restoration, The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is anticipated to reopen in 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for our property. We are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and help shape its future.

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will own the Talent Acquisition strategy for the property, delivering hiring success across all levels, from rising stars to critical leadership positions. 

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from creative sourcing and building candidate pipelines to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
  • Partnering with our Area Talent Acquisition team to design and deliver innovative strategies that attract diverse, high-performing talent.
  • Coaching and empowering Hiring Managers with the skills, tools, and confidence to make outstanding hiring decisions.
  • Championing employer branding, talent pipeline building, and partnerships with universities, industry networks, and community organisations.
  • Bringing data to life by tracking and reporting on key talent metrics, translating insights into action to drive continuous improvement.
  • Playing a vital role in shaping careers, promoting internal mobility, and ensuring our talent planning supports the long-term success of the business.

Our Ideal Talent Acquisitions Manager will have:

  • Proven expertise with 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, service-driven, hospitality environment.
  • Strategic vision to anticipate future needs and design recruitment strategies that attract top, diverse talent.
  • Influence & coaching skills, thriving on guiding hiring managers, challenging thinking, and fostering confident decision-making.
  • Digital fluency with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus the ability to leverage recruitment systems, social media, and sourcing tools effectively.
  • Relationship-building ability, from candidates and colleagues to universities and recruitment partners, creating trust and lasting partnerships.
  • Commitment to excellence, a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience aligned with our Golden Rule and upholding our Four Seasons brand at every touchpoint.
  • Adaptability & drive, enjoying problem-solving, balancing priorities, and staying ahead in a changing market.

Fluency in Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with current eligibility to work in Lebanon.
