For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with German role.

About the Team
Join our local team responsible for the full scope of accounts payable activities for diverse business entities. Collaborating closely with finance, tax, and business teams, our team handles process excellence across the accounts payable function.

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting the team as an accounts payable process expert

  • Managing end-to-end accounts payable operations

  • Resolving complex queries for vendors and employees

  • Communicating with business teams on invoice coding and compliance

  • Providing end-to-end customer support for Travel & Expense system users in resolving issues

  • Verifying and posting invoices with quality checks

  • Reconciling payments and resolving discrepancies

  • Driving process improvements and automation

Apply if you

  • Hold a degree in finance or have completed a professional accounting course

  • Have at least three years of accounts payable experience

  • Have a functional knowledge of Travel & Expense principles and practices

  • Speak fluent English (B2) and German (C1)

  • Bring experience in SAP (SSC/BPO experience a plus)

  • Focus on accuracy and service orientation

  • Work efficiently under pressure

  • Show initiative for process optimization

Location
Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days in the office per week)
