Job Details:

1. SET UP AND RUN FRYER, BREADER/BATTER MACHINES.
2. ANTICIPATE AND CORRECT MACHINE LINE PROBLEMS, WHILE KEEPING LINE RUNNING. 
3. MUST HAVE BASIC MATH SKILLS.
4. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WELL WITH OTHERS.
5. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN AREA BELOW 50 DEGREES.
6. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 70 LBS.
7. MUST BE ABLE TO ACCURATELY PERFORM BREADER-BATTER REPORTS AND FILL OUT CORRESPONDING PAPERWORK.
8. MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB A LADDER TO CHECK OIL LEVELS.
9. MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A PALLET JACK LICENSE.

Requirements:

Three months of accumulative Operator Experience

Rehire Criteria:

·Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.

·Also, if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.
