We’re currently hiring a full-time Executive Director of Rehab to join our team. This role is deeply collaborative, forward-thinking, and designed for a leader ready to drive quality and outcomes across a diverse continuum of care.

Licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapist Assistants and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants are encouraged to apply.

As the Executive Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), you will provide both strategic and operational leadership across a dynamic and diverse campus that includes:

• A 185-bed skilled nursing facility

• A state-of-the-art rehab gym equipped with the latest in SNF rehabilitation technology

• Multiple outpatient therapy sites located throughout the campus

• Direct oversight of two full-time Directors of Rehabilitation, two Rehab Assistants, and a team of approximately 25 full-time therapists

• Must have an Associate (PTA or COTA) or a minimum of a Bachelor (PT, OT or SLP) of Science degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy, or Masters of Speech-Language Pathology.

• Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.

• Active state license.

• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.

• 3+ years of DOR experience in a CCRC or SNF
