What’s the opportunity?

Reporting to the GM Marketing – Home Solutions, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of coordinated multi-channel marketing activities across Australasia, aligned to the overall Home Solutions marketing strategy.  With priority on supporting our B2B customers, you will execute effective marketing actions across key customer groups and partners to support an increase in product share in air conditioning, solar, and hot water categories, as well as our Home Solutions offer.

This role is all about execution and you’re not afraid to get stuck in.  You will ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement to promote collaboration across teams, and manage resources through effective briefing, project management and reporting processes. 

Our ideal applicant?

You will have a deep understanding of marketing, ideally as it relates to trade customers (Installers/Architects/Dealers) and partners and you are able to engage in those B2B conversations. You understand good business strategy and appreciate a broader marketing plan to be able to articulate it into smaller, actionable plans to deliver to market e.g. product launches, promotional toolkits.

With specific experience in end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, experience in the construction, architecture or building materials industries will be beneficial. Highly pragmatic and organised, with a natural curiosity and respectful collaborative working style, you will be confident in attending customer meetings with our sales teams when required.
