Job Description:

• Lead and manage trading strategies in index arbitrage and index forward products on A-shares
• Monitor and analyze pricing discrepancies between index constituents, ETFs, futures, baskets and other OTC products
• Quoting and trading OTC index forward products on A-share broad and sector/thematic indices, and hedging with various instruments
• Collaborate with Stock Borrow and Loan desk to facilitate clients’ stock borrow need
• Develop and refine quantitative models for signal generation, execution optimization, inventory management and risk control
• Managing relationships with asset managers, quant funds and foreign financial institutions
• Book PnL management, monitoring of client value and collateral, balance sheet usage and operational efficiency
• Report on performance and potential issues to management, and more generally support management as and when required

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from well-known universities
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in A-share index forward trading
• Able to multi task and to work well under pressure, with strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong management skills, team player and client-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Chinese and English
