What You'll Do:

• Maintain customer orders across multiple categories of business within an enterprise management system/s
• Manage orders from creation to completion, including monitoring of inbound shipments and facilitating customer returns
• Check and update order information as needed to move from EDI through allocation
• Monitor replenishment orders
• Act as a Liaison between Sales, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, the Credit department, and Amazon to ensure:
• Product arrives in the DC on time
• Product is available to ship to Amazon on time
• Provide the Sales team with accurate, valid, and complete reports to assist in the allocations process
• Process allocations to support all EDI (or other systems) and manual orders for Amazon account
• Participate (or host) in scheduled meetings with the MK Amazon team to go over all business changes, misses, opportunities, challenges.
• Design, roll out, and own dashboard reporting to track key Amazon KPIs.
• Build strong cross functional relationships with all key internal and external Amazon stakeholders.
• Guide the order management process to deliver the most efficient time to market and customer support for Amazon and all major seasonal product introductions.
• Identify, direct, and implement innovative solutions for more efficient order management, increasing order accuracy and elimination of redundant processes.
• Key interface with Amazon for problem resolution.
• Allocation and Pick Ticket release
• Support other MK accounts, divisions or channels as required, and when requested by the Manager.
• All other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong ability to work with multiple disciplines (customers, suppliers, vendors, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
• Team-player with excellent relationship-building
• Knowledge of AS400, RLM, JOOR and Microsoft suite of products
• Strong fundamental business acumen and customer service etiquette.
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technology in order to elevate the support to Amazon
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and process driven with strong sense of urgency
• Collaborative skills for cross-functional interactions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable to change
