Job Title
Senior Manager, Compensation, APACProvides oversight of the Compensation function in APAC, in the areas of market competitiveness and internal pay equity. Run cyclical and off-cycle promotional and equity increases, and the design and development and support P&C Services in the administration of compensation, equity, special bonus or incentive programs and payments as required. Lead team in researching market trends, oversees the participation in salary surveys in order to keep compensation programs current and competitive.
Common Accountabilities:
Accountable for the budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple teams of employees. Influences the resource, budget and policy planning and sets concrete development plans for the team members.
Has a mid/long-term vision of the activity and the business, influences the department's strategy based on a broad understanding of the environment. Exposed to complex decision making.
Works with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions, escalating issues only when necessary.
Key Functional Accountabilities:
Lead a team to design and implement strategic Rewards initiatives, overseeing Salary & Bonus Cycle, Grading and Share Programs for a cohesive approach to employee motivation.
Direct comprehensive rewards projects, such as off-cycle adjustments, market competitiveness studies, ensuring relevance and compliance.
Ensure regular compensation benchmarking and internal equity analysis to address any pay gaps or discrepancies within the organization.
Build relationships with stakeholders across departments, aligning rewards programs with corporate goals and regulatory standards.
Guide and develop team members, offering structured training in compensation strategy and regulatory compliance.
