Hello Future Technical Test Analyst III

As part of our eBucks Product house, you will be working in the eBucks Rewards Engine team, performing detailed technical testing. This will include any aspects of software and data testing as needed in the specific context of the Rewards Engine, to effectively provide feedback on its quality. You will work closely with Financial Modelling, development teams, product management and support teams.

• Prioritize resource allocation to minimize and reduce wastage
• Ensure full understanding of customer needs to deliver a quality service
• Ensure customer service solutions are aligned to the business operational plan, Organizational values and service standards
• Develop an understanding of risks and risk management approaches
• Prepare a personal development plan with management to implement and review as required
• Monitor own progress against development plan and measure impact of results
• Participate and contribute to a culture where information regarding successes, issues, trends and ideas is actively shared
• Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders to achieve productivity synergies
• Participate in specialist communities of practice and contribute positively to own and organisational knowledge improvement

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Are detail-oriented
• Have a certification in software testing
• Have software/data testing experience
• Have worked with complex systems across different platforms
• Have SQL and data modelling expertise
• Understand big data and ETL processing 

In the role of Test Analyst in the Rewards Engine Team you will:

• Perform detailed, automated, high-volume testing on large data sets
• Be responsible for identifying and investigating quality issues and communicating these to the team to motivate for their resolution
• Provide accurate, valuable feedback on the progress and status of your testing and on the quality of the system
