The Skills You Will Bring
You’re a strong communicator with an analytical mindset and a passion for helping organizations succeed through people data. You bring:
HR/People analytics experience: Demonstrated experience working with HR data (e.g., engagement surveys, retention, turnover, performance, recognition, DEI, or other people-related metrics) and applying analytics in organizational or workplace contexts.

Consulting mindset: Ability to work directly with customers, understand their business questions, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations rooted in people data.
Data storytelling: Skill in translating workforce insights into compelling narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaboration skills: Comfort working with cross-functional teams and clients, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Quality focus: Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, polished work to executive-level audiences.
I/O psychology knowledge: Understanding of organizational psychology principles, employee motivation theories, workplace behavior patterns, and HR metrics is preferred.
Educational foundation: Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology), Statistics, Data Science, or related field is preferred.
