What this role involves:

Make corrections as needed after verifying delivery notices and pick-up slips from clients and distribution agents
Process returns and issue credits to customers
Justify shortages in the Oracle system
Enter shipping clerks’ route sheets
Prepare documents for product shipments
Invoice cheese and recovered cardboard boxes
Keep the trailer loading schedule up to date
Manage office supplies and stationery inventory
Prepare purchase orders and/or requisitions for invoice payments
Process pending documents
Complete the daily milk production sheet
File and distribute various documents such as pick-up slips, transport requisitions, etc.
Perform other related tasks

What you need to join our team:

Availability to work day and evening shifts
College diploma in administration or equivalent training
Comfortable working with computers
Strong knowledge of Oracle and Excel
Attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative
Ability to work under pressure, integrity, good judgment, and interpersonal skills
Eligibility to work in Canada
