Job Description
1. Campaign Strategy & Performance Management- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from strategic planning to execution and post-campaign analysis—with clear KPIs, audience targeting, and commercial outcomes.
- Lead campaign performance reviews, analyzing trends, identifying growth levers, and implementing actionable optimizations.
- Continuously assess and refine campaign strategy to address market-specific opportunities or challenges, driving measurable business impact.
- Design integrated campaign journeys across owned, paid, and earned channels to ensure seamless discovery-to-conversion user flows.
- Work with product, UX, and tech teams to embed campaign features in-app, optimizing user engagement and conversion across platforms.
- Leverage customer insights, A/B testing, and engagement data to tailor messaging and improve relevance across touchpoints.
- Develop and communicate campaign performance reports and post-mortems that highlight ROI, key learning, and strategic recommendations.
- Utilize data storytelling to align stakeholders around campaign impact and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Thorough understanding of category performance to identify growth levers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with broader business goals.
- Foster a high-collaboration environment across functions to ensure campaign excellence and operational agility.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Proven experience working in digital marketing roles preferably in performance marketing, paid search, social media advertising, affiliates, influencer partnerships, content marketing, email marketing and other digital marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence others
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data quickly and accurately
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box when developing new strategies
- Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
- Growth mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and owning outcomes.
