About the role:

As a Project Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation and excellence within a dynamic, multicultural R&D environment. You’ll take full ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In detail, you will:

• Drive and manage projects in the areas of:
- New platform or subsystem projects
- New features and aesthetic design
- Cost reduction
- Assured Safety
- Quality improvement
- Platform or subsystem standardization
- Innovation, Intellectual Property
• Lead project teams
• Support and drive projects from project definition to the approval of series production
• Report in steering team meetings
• Organize test and pilot series with the production
• Use development/quality tools like project planning tools, FMEAs, quality plans, test
plans, and follow-up actions
• Precision in project target achievement

Who you are:

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or a related field) and bring at least 2 years of experience in project management.
You have solid project management capabilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and confident decision-making skills.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and can communicate effectively across teams and regions.
You’re highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of your workload with minimal supervision.
You excel at building relationships across all levels of the organization and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
You’re comfortable working in a matrix structure and contributing to both team and project-level goals.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially in reporting and data interpretation.
You are results-driven, focused on delivering high-quality outcomes that make a measurable impact.

Where you’ll be:

You will be in Satu Mare, in northwest Romania, in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to the R&D Food Preparation. The plant has an interesting blend of old tradition and knowledge with innovation and automation. Until 2014, it produced exclusively FS Cookers. Since 2014, it started the expansion of the BI Hobs production has reached close to 1 million units in 2021. Our main Products in this factory: AEG, Electrolux cookers and hobs.
