Community Support Coach- CHOICE McHenry

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Hours: Full-Time

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm (35hrs)

Pay: $20.75/hr; PAID Training

+ Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time staff receive total of $2,000 in bonuses the first year of employment with us!

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist in the development and implementation of programming that promotes client independence and acquisition of functional skills.
• Assist individuals served in community outings.
• Assist in developing appropriate curriculum for implementing client program objectives and employment opportunities.
• Hands on assistance to clients with activities of daily living which may include feeding and toileting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age
