Client Service Delivery Analyst

Nasdaq is looking to hire a fixed-term Client Support Analyst, located in Vilnius. As a member of the Client Support Team, focusing on supporting clients using Nasdaq IR Insight®.

What will you be doing?

This is an opportunity to become an expert on Nasdaq IR Insight®. Your role involves ensuring client success via email, phone, and live chat, while building strong client relationships. You will address inquiries related to financial data, product functionality, technical issues, and industry best practices.
 

Responsibilities:

• Support and train clients on Nasdaq Investor Relations Insight®
• Collaborate with Product Specialists and Client Success Managers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and data issues
• Promote product capabilities
• Document and interpret client interactions
• Stay updated on Investor Relations industry regulations
   

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP and other formulas as well as filtering, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Strong problem solving and client engagement skills
• Outstanding English skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with basic network access tools/systems and PC operating systems
• Passion for learning and understanding Investor Relations and Financial Markets
   

What will it be like working here?

Please note that this position will be on a rolling one week work shift, starting earliest 8am and finishing latest 7pm.

We offer a monthly salary (before tax) of 2100-2500 EUR, depending on your level of experience.
